WELCOME

The Kentucky Tennessee Equestrian Association is an organization whose mission is:

  1. To promote and stimulate interest in regional Dressage and Eventing competition.
  2. To promote public interest in Dressage and Eventing through education and publicity through the mediums of radio, television, newspapers, magazines, etc.
  3. To provide a forum for exchange of ideas in the general care and training of horses.
  4. To promote fellowship and good sportsmanship among members and to cooperate constructively with all groups for the betterment of all horses.

K.T.E.A. was incorporated in November of 2004, with the purpose of bringing more equestrian events to the Northern Tennessee - Southern Kentucky area. Even though the majority of its members are Dressage riders, KTEA is commited to promote not only Dressage but low level eventing and jumping. K.T.E.A. organizes Four Schooling Dressage and Eventing Shows each Year as well as Clinics.
